Two weeks old!

Today our little man is TWO WEEKS OLD! 
We waited a long time to meet the final member of the Fab Five(3 years and 4 miscarriages) and we are SO glad to  have him here with us. He is just lovely.... practically perfect in fact.  He still does not do much(that will come soon enough),mostly he just sleeps and occasionally wakes up and surveys the situation with a serious and stern(yet VERY sweet) expression. We are all love watching and holding him. Roger and I are desperately trying to soak up every second of his babyness....we know how quickly it will go away. He is already so much bigger and stronger than he was when he was born. His personality and facial features are changing and developing daily. 

  He seems to already appreciate the chaos that is his life. Loud noises don't bother him in the least, in fact, he sleeps better in the middle of the living room with the buzz of the rest of the family screeching around him. He has been very patient with his brother and sisters as they are learning the right(and wrong!) ways to handle a baby. He enjoys being passed back and forth and forth and back by each of the siblings(as well as countless friends and family that have come to welcome and celebrate his arrival over the last 2 weeks) and rarely complains about it. So far, he has been flexible and patient with our crazy life. On top of all that, he sleeps, eats and poops like a pro... who could ask for anything more?
